How quickly can care start?
In urgent situations we can often arrange care within 24–48 hours of your enquiry. For planned care, we’ll agree a start date that suits you after your free assessment, so everything is in place before your first visit.
Are your carers DBS-checked and trained?
Yes — every carer holds an enhanced DBS check, completes the Care Certificate and receives ongoing training and supervision. As a CQC-registered provider, safeguarding-led care is built into everything we do.
Can you support complex or clinical needs at home?
We do. Our teams support complex healthcare needs and medication under professional clinical oversight, working closely with GPs, district nurses and hospital teams to keep you safe and well at home.
